Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate the refund process, send an email to support@kobocollectibles.com or on our Contact Us page with the subject line "Damaged Item - [Your Order Number]."

  • Include the following information:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the damaged item.

    • Photos of the packaging it was received in.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@kobocollectibles.com within 2 days of receiving the damaged item, providing the required information.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

  3. Return the Item: If necessary, we may request you to return the damaged item. Instructions for the return process will be provided.

  4. Refund Issued: Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  5. Refund Notification: You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the damage is a result of our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account.
